I studied fine arts in India and specialised in graphic designing and worked in advertising agency in Bangalore, India

Moved to uk in 2006 as my husband was working here, mum of 2 children I was feeling lost as I didn’t have many friends or a job and being away from family. I then started art again, learned new techniques from Rosemary Firth and discovered my passion for creating abstract paintings, I use a lot of bold, bright colours (inspiration from Indian silk sarees and gold jewellery) yet incorporate minute details in my work I love experimenting with textures.

participated in Doncaster art fair and a member of d31 art gallery.
